1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
1/3cLemon Juice
1tsLemon Rind, Grated

Stir the sugar and cornstarch in the top portion of a double boiler. Stir in the water. Beat in the egg, lemon juice and lemon rind. Cook over - not in - boiling water until the mixture thickens.
